Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm next steps, including whether the item should be shipped back or can be exchanged at the store directly.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
